Loneliness is a lesson!

A room packed with silence, yet so much of destructive violence,

Each and every corner has a story to share,

What if people care or don’t care!

Everything seems so perfect so managed, but nobody notices the soul that sits there damaged!

Nobody notices the sorrow, nobody notices the pain,

Everyone will be definitely there, but for their personal gains.

So many humans around still not a single being to talk to,

All the connections made till today turned futile in one go.

All the aspirations all the dreams were swept by the terrific traumas she went through,

A lively soul was no longer full of life, no longer in need of a life too!

Didn’t aware of this cruel worldly culture, the soul believed people might help her heal,

She didn’t know all that was going to make her comeback was her own zeal!

Lying down on bed all day all night without any traces of sleep and millions of thoughts racing in mind,

Deep down the soul believed may be she was never supposed to shine.

This self-blame game continued for hours, days and months until she realized now it was her turn! 

It was her turn to wake up, empower and be there for everyone!

Surviving every second with the hope that better days are yet to come, 

Fighting never-ending battles daily trying to prove that things will definitely work, 

She ultimately created a new world for herself, a world where happiness was a permanent resident.

She understood that she herself was her home, a place we never wish to depart from!

In the meantime, she was blessed with so many comely comrades too! 

Be it the cup of coffee that pushed her every morning, the pillow that accompanied her during worst of her times or the books that gave her the courage to continue so fiercely this time!

This time being alone was no more painful, no more destructive, and no more terrible,

After all finding you after losing everything has its own charm, its own magic!

If she can, you can too!

 Don’t run away from loneliness, embrace it instead,

And maybe you discover a new side of you, you never know!
